well if you are using the free trial, i dont know what to do. but what we did was we used the code it gave us and went to. once you are there enter your code. if you look at your TV monitor it should change nearly instantly. now go back on your computer, add so stuff to your instant queue, and you are ready to watch movies!
You can access your Netflix Customer Identification number at the bottom of your Netflix Watch Instantly page. Once you’ve entered this code into Xbox, you should be able to access your Watch Instantly queue. Go to Video Marketplace then to Netflix. If it’s not working, give Netflix Tech Support a call at 1-866-716-0414. They can help reset the plugin.
